The Great American Road Trip. Day 23. Idaho Falls.

Usually when we visit Idaho Falls we have a mellow day, and today is that day.
We started at the Farmers Market, which is, of course, great for people watching.  Maybe even better than people watching at Walmart.  But that is debatable.

Moss topiary art is the newest addition to the Snake River greenbelt.

These are Idaho Falls.

This was the first bridge to cross the Snake River in Eastern Idaho, and is located right next to the Japanese Friendship Garden.

The Japanese Friendship Garden was built to celebrate Idaho Falls' 30 year relationship with their Sister City, Tokai-Mura.

Last but not least we had to go to Caramel Tree for the most delicious caramel apples, ever.  We have decided that apple pie is the best flavor.  We aren't the only ones who think so, it is their best seller.
Tomorrow we start making our way to Tahoe, caramel apples and Scamp in tow.
