Cumpleaños en MEXICO

Birthday weekend day 2:
All I wanted to do was to go to Mexico.
This is the point of no return... (That sounds kind of scary.  Of course you will make it back home, you just have to wait in line.)

I LOVE Mexico.
We chose Puerto Nuevo because it is famous for lobster.  In fact, the whole town is basically seafood restaurants.

Una iglesia.  So simple, so beautiful.

Hmmmmm, which one to choose...

I love Mexico.

Happy birthday to me!
What a spectacular day.

According to tradition, the lobsters are pan-fried in lard, so the meat stays soft and tender with beans, rice and homemade flour tortillas served on the side. Today Puerto Nuevo is home to over 30 restaurants all serving the same thing. Almost a million lobsters are served in the Rosarito coastal area each year. "Puerto Nuevo-style" is now a world-famous synonym for the exquisite lobster offered in local restaurants. Mexico Lobster in Puerto Nuevo Baja California is a long-standing tradition for those visiting from the states.
