2,000+miles+baby. Day 4. Tautphaus Park, Idaho Falls.

We met up with Raya in downtown for lunch and then walked over to the greenbelt along the Snake river.  Our precious baby was not dressed to be outside in 33 degree weather so we quickly went home and got her properly bundled.

Ready!

Raya lives next to the oldest and largest park in Idaho Falls, Tautphaus Park.  It has a zoo, an ice skating arena, an amusement park, baseball diamonds, shelters for parties, tennis courts, basketball courts, a skate park, a playground and a cemetery.  Little Miss A is too young to enjoy most of it so we just focused on the age appropriate cemetery.

She is properly dressed but this California baby shuts down in the cold.
She literally closes her eyes and forces herself to sleep.

  1. I love the girls hanging out and A's way to deal with cold. What a great first trip. I can't wait to hear more. Your daughter will have a wonderful travel diary.
