Color me Irish

Color runs are the new fad, quickly becoming more popular than mud runs.  As mud run aficionados, Marla and I decided to see what all the fuss is about.  The color run coincided with Saint Patrick's Day, which made for some fun costumes.

I don't know about you but I think we look GOOD.

And we are off...

Every km or so there were people throwing color at us.  It would have been more fun with more color, but cornstarch is hard to breath so maybe it is better that the color throwing is infrequent.

Marla is deep within this cloud of cornstarch and green dye.

Mmmmm, this beer is delicious but it made us thirsty for something different...

In full costume we decided to explore Keyways (and received a hearty round of applause from a large group of women upon our entrance).  We loved the location, the ambiance, the employees, the customers, and the wine.
All finish lines should terminate at wineries.  What better thing is there to look forward to?  I suppose a pot of gold would be nice.
Never mind, drinking wine with sisters is better.

  1. As a lover of Green Mustaches, I love the photo of you two in full facial adornment. Way cute.

I love the cloud photo and your smiling faces. AWESOME.

I, too, like the finish line being at a winery. You know how to have fun... one of the many things I love about you.

    May your blessings outnumber
    The shamrocks that grow,
    And may trouble avoid you
    Wherever you go.
